Who We Are:

Telesource Partners was formed by a group of telecommunication industry executives with decades of experience designing, implementing and supporting global corporate technology solutions. Having worked in the telecommunication industry since the 1990's, we have seen the service providers shift from staffing dedicated account teams that managed every aspect of the customer experience, to a dysfunctional model of outsourced, or do-it-yourself interaction. This support deficit has resulted in a poor customer experience when dealing with the service providers directly, wasting your staff's time and costing your business money. Because of this industry transition, we built Telesource Partners around a simple premise; deliver premium Data/IP and Voice network infrastructure solutions cost effectively, while providing outstanding project management and post-sale support.

Telesource Partners acts as an extension of our client's organization to design, implement and support their portfolio of Data/IP and Voice network infrastructure services. We have strategic partnerships with the world's leading technology providers and use our knowledge of the marketplace and its products to deliver the most appropriate and cost effective solutions to our customers. We leverage our partner relationships competitively to drive down our clients cost. We provide an additional layer of support, dedicated to helping with service implementation and life-cycle management. We are carrier neutral, so we have no bias toward any single provider. We are an extension of your IT staff and make it easier to procure and support the network infrastructure services required to run your business.


Why Use Telesource Partners instead of going directly to the service provider?

Dedicated Account Team - Service providers do not assign dedicated account teams to every customer, and when they do, the assigned account team usually has limited industry experience and a high rate of turnover. Only the largest customers who spend many millions of dollars annually get dedicated and experienced account teams that will bring value to the relationship. Our team is proactive in resolving issues that can arise during the course of an implementation and we work directly with carrier project managers and technicians to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

Customer Service - Telecommunication providers are notoriously bad at customer service and accurate billing. They relentlessly charge more than contracted rates and often make 'mistakes' billing for services that are not in use. Telesource Partners will conduct bill reviews to ensure services are billing to contract and false charges are eliminated and credited back to you. We can open trouble tickets on your behalf, track tickets and escalate until the service issue is resolved. We navigate the complex maze of issuing orders for Moves, Adds, Changes and Disconnects on your behalf. We provide an additional layer of support to assist your staff with lifecycle management of the telecommunication services you depend on.

The service providers we represent are contractually bound to give us pricing parody with their direct sales representatives ensuring you do not pay a premium to purchase through us.
